2023 Festival Weekend: Friday, September 15 – Sunday, September 17
Vendors Hours:
Friday: 7:00pm – 10:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 10:00pm
Sunday: Noon – 5:00pm
There are two applications = Commercial and Arts & Crafts. To classify as an Arts & Crafts vendor the items must be handmade by the vendor and approved through the Art and Craft Jury process.
We currently do not have any availability for concession vendors for the festival weekend.
Vendor space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
The 2023 Gaslight Festival Vendor Application Deadline is Tuesday, August 1.
All applications received after the deadline, provided booth space is still available, will be charged a late fee of $50.
The 2023 Gaslight Festival Weekend is a rain or shine event. No refunds due to weather.
No refunds of any kind effective September 1st.
