Through the J-Plan program United HealthCare is offering quality health, vision and dental insurance.
To be eligible the insurance broker must be a member of the Jeffersontown Chamber, You must be a member of the Jeffersontown Chamber, all groups must be in the 2-50 FTE (Full Time Equivalent) segment and located in Kentucky (majority of employees in KY).
